*Why do we get more colds in winters and not in summers?*

Experts have discovered that cells inside the nose keep releasing packets of a special type of molecules called exosomes.  They act like hives, meaning that as soon as bacteria enter the nose, they burst into millions and millions of bacteria, spreading the germicidal molecules all over the nose and up a bit.  It is a natural defense system that protects us from diseases caused by cold.  The problem in winter is that these cells keep dying due to cold air in the nose and they don't function completely, due to which we suffer more colds in winter.  Therefore, in winter, it is very important to cover the mouth with a warm blanket and cover it with a muffler so that warm air can enter the nose.

Another defense system is our nasal secretion Mucus, which is released more when there is a strong attack of germs.  It kills the germs by trapping them inside itself. Experts have also found exosomes in this tissue.  The third defense system of the nose is the hairs in the nose that prevent dirt and debris that may contain germs.  For this, cut the nose hair as much as it comes out.  Do not sort from the inside.  Cat boogers found in the nose are actually pieces of dry mucus that freeze on the walls of the nose and are often eaten by children 😄.  But don't be afraid, this action of them is not harmful for health, but touching things back and forth without washing hands, especially in winter.  Can cause germs to spread.
